These evil spirits dominate most of the activities of man. That is why there are much evil in the world. The hearts of men have been dominated by these demons such that all the thoughts of their hearts over the years have been evil continually.

From what the Bible says, it means that evil spirits can physically touch some people. We do understand that angels have the ability to transform themselves into any form and touch humans. The evil are fallen angels. Therefore, if angels can touch humans, it therefore mean that evil spirits to have the ability to touch humans.

It is those who have Jesus in their lives who can escape the evil afflictions from the evil spirits. When we have Jesus in our hearts, the evil spirits in the world will not be able to touch us.
