Good morning friends,
I say I can't cook, but there's always room for improvement. At the moment I often eat a protein tortilla (burrito?) in the morning - I'm not sure what the difference is.
All you need is:
- a tortilla, I have the wholemeal version (174 Kcal)
- 3 eggs - mine are medium sized about 60 grams per egg (247 Kcal)
- Half a slice of cheese (57 Kcal)
- optional lyoner sausage (48 Kcal)
In total = 526 Kcal
Sounds like a lot, but it keeps me full from 8am to 2pm/15pm. Then I usually only eat a small snack in the afternoon and again in the evening.
Up to now, it has always been a big problem for me that I have always been hungry throughout the day and have therefore eaten more than my calories. As a result, I'm currently trying to cook in such a way that I tend to have slightly larger portions that also keep me full.

ich behaupte mal, ich kann nicht kochen, aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden. Aktuell esse ich morgens recht häufig einen Protein-Tortilla (Burrito?) - bin mir nicht sicher, wo da der Unterschied liegt.
Alles, was man dazu braucht, ist:
- ein Tortilla, ich habe die Vollkornvariante (174 kcal),
- 3 Eier - meine sind mittelgroß, ca. 60 Gramm pro Ei (247 kcal),
- halbe Scheibe Käse (57 kcal),
- optional Fleischwurst Lyoner (48 kcal).
In der Summe = 526 kcal.
Klingt nach viel, hält mich aber von morgens 8 Uhr bis 14/15 Uhr satt. Dann esse ich meist nur eine Kleinigkeit nachmittags und abends nochmal richtig.
Bei mir war es bis dato immer ein großes Problem, dass ich über den Tag verteilt immer wieder mal Hunger bekommen habe und dadurch über meine Kalorien gegessen habe. Dementsprechend versuche ich aktuell so zu kochen, dass ich tendenziell eher etwas größere Portionen habe, die mich aber auch satt halten.
