Some Breakfast and Afternoon Tea

Under the influence of my cousin, I also began to pay attention to health.

Breakfast must contain sufficient carbohydrates, fruit, and protein. And the whole wheat bread, eggs, blueberries, milk, chicken are all good choices.

To meet these requirements, I try to eat breakfast at home as much as possible this week.

For afternoon tea, I chose to drink rose tea and black tea, reducing the frequency of coffee. But today is the weekend, and after work I hang out with my friends to have a drink :D
