Germany and Italy to go through opening of Ruble Account for transactions with Russia; Have countries started Dancing to the tunes played by Russian Government?

Apparently, since the onset of the crises between Russia and Ukraine,so many economic melt down leading to the hike and scarcity of some vital goods and services has been the talk of the day as the solution has not being provided yet.

Owing to the crises already into deal which has claimed both lives and properties in the two said countries which is between Russia and Ukraine, so many bans and sanctions has been placed on Russia which has played a big and prominent role in the economy of Russia has left Russia which also fighting the war is also trying to clear path for themselves by trying to be independent and using the available to get the unavailable. What is this ruble all about?

Progressively as per Russian rules in conjunction with the consultation of the EU high officials,it was then approved as a means of transaction owing to the ban to Russia. Deemed enough that most countries cant do without the supply of Russian gas as many appliances of the modern age and heavy machines which are vital in everyday life makes use of gasoline, then as useful and important they are, they need to be powered, so led to the use of the payment system involving ruble. Proven to be true that Russia has seized her supply of gas to some countries including Poland,Bulgaria and Finland just to mention but a few because they haven't come to a sort of consensus in the payment using ruble as a means of payment.
