Hola queridos amigos feliz y bendecido día, agradecida de Dios por un día más y por esta oportunidad de poder compartir nuevamente con todos ustedes, hoy les vengo a presentar a este aprendiz de panadería, el siempre anda buscando que hacer para ganarse su dinero, aunque el se acaba de graduar de fisioterapeuta y como bien es sabido aquí en mi país no es para nada fácil conseguir un empleo aún siendo un profesional, el hace comidas para vender y así poder costear sus gastos , el económicamente no depende de nadie , por eso siempre estoy allí para brindarle mi apoyo y solidaridad, el es muy joven y tiene muchas ganas de echar para adelante y eso se aplaude en un joven hoy día que todos sabemos que está fuerte la cosa con la juventud rebelde que se está formando,o mejor dicho ,mal formando , pero en fin Eduardo es de otro molde y tiene ganas de salir adelante , yo lo apoyo en lo que sea necesario, hoy hizo panes de queso y jamón, la masa es dulce , trabajo con medio kilo de harina y sacó trece pancitos de 70 gramos cada uno ,
500 grs de harina de trigo
50grs de manteca
130grs de mantequilla
200 grs de leche líquida
5grs de levadura
15 grs de huevo
5grs de sal
