Hola amigos de la comunidad soy @chiqui-sw y el día de hoy les presento a un nuevo atleta el se llama Leonardo un chico de 18 años de edad sano y dedicado tiene pocas semanas de haber empezado en este mundo de la calistenia, empezó ha tomar clases conmigo hace aproximadamente un mes y ha demostrado en ese poco tiempo mucha constancia en los entrenamientos pues viene ha entrenar todos los días de la semana y se a notado que le gusta este deporte en este mes de entrenamiento e visto como ha incrementado la cantidad de repeticiones y ya está practicando movimientos dinámicos como el 360 y salidas pues le a puesto desempeño a sus rutinas correspondientes, es un principiante todavía pero con su dedicación podria ser un gran atleta algún día.SWC DESC ESP
