Hola y saludos a todos mis amigos de la comunidad yo soy @chiqui-sw, el día de hoy les comparto varias imágenes de lo que fue mi entrenamiento del día el cual fue en casa junto con mis amigos @josef-999, @jaziel-sw, José Ruz y Juan Morales yo hoy practique muchos dinámicos como swing 720, salidas dobles, geinger explosivos, front flip castawai y soltadas de gigante y al igual que mi hermano @jaziel-sw realizamos combos sencillos con trucos como el swing 360 a doble, entradas monkey y salidas mortal, al terminar de hacer dinamicos tambien practiqué varias planchas en barra, en minis y algunos preses tambien fron lever y fron lever a una mano siempre buscando practicarlo con los dos brazos para mantener el equilibrio corporal 🔥❤️‍🔥💪 SWC
