I believe that staying organized in our daily life is one of the important habits we can develop. It not only affect small part of our life but big parts as well like school, work, and time. What I have experienced myself by staying organized everything in my daily routine flow smoothly and helps me do the task before time which in result save some time.

Let me share how I took steps to organize my life. The first step is by creating a daily schedule because it helps to keep track of tasks and their deadlines. A simple to-do list either on a sticky note, online trello, or on notepad is enough. I write down the most important tasks of the day and first complete them in early morning. This helps me do the least ones as well before night. Following the schedule make me less stressful and give me more control over my day life.

Next step is cleaning my work desk on regular basis because what I have experienced is dirty desk makes it hard to focus on work. So I clean it up everytime it gets messy. I have two CPUs so I put working one on left and not working on right. I put all room decors in their right place and internet device on the CPU. I am now thinking to buy a spinner because it will make me relax more while doing work.

Third step what I do is breaking the bigger projects or tasks into smaller tasks like if I have to write a content, first I think about the title, then I choose headings and then I start writing about each heading one by one by taking 2-3 minutes of break after each heading. If I have to work on a website, I break the tasks on day basis like today I will do formatting, tomorrow I will setup plugins, day after tomorrow I will make a post layout, after that I will write one and make other useful things done and so on.

I have learned that being organized isnt about listing and planning for tasks. Its also about taking care of myself. If I dont manage time well, I will end up feeling exhausted. So I include breaks after every step I do like I told above take 2-3 or even 5 minutes break after every heading of content. This makes me physically and mentally relax.

My last words are being organized is best way to spend our lives. It helps us to develop both physically and mentally. Organizing in life helps us achieve our goals within time. Its a simple habit that we can have but is the one that can totally change your life.
