Kettlebell Workout
Hello fitness friends!
How are you doing? The last few days were a bit rainy but today the sun came out and it's hot. I prepared my stuff and myself to get into a workout. In between the heart rate belt lost connection to the phone and I had to start the workout tracking software again. So you see only the second part of the statistics.
Kettlebell Workout
Warm-up
I do more or less the same exercises every time to warm up for 5 to 10 minutes. I did also some lunges because I wanted to do them in my workout with weight.
Workout
I started with some reverse lunges with 10kg kettlebell and later 16kg combined with stricked presses and windmills. 3 - 3 - 3 was the deal and then switching the side. I did 3 rounds before I grabbed the 16kg and did another 3 rounds.
After that I did some squats with one 16kg like you see on the photo. Holding it like that also trains your belly and arms. If you look closer you see that legs, calves, arms and belly are under tension.
I finished with two 16kg kettlebells doing 6 push ups on the kettlebells, swing clean and doing 6 squats. I think I did also 3 or 4 rounds of that.
The first part of the workout is missing so I guess I worked out around one hour in total. There are spikes over 200 which is a problem of my hr belt. I have to buy a new one. Any good sugestions?
Stay fit and thanks for reading.

Awesome workout! Keep on kettlebelling, ahem, working out 😆. I'm always amazed how good of a workout you get of them.
Oh, and the garden looks good, too.
Thank you! Yeah, I'm amazed too how good it is. 😄 I will keep on kettlebelling. 😅
