THANKSGIVING SERVICE HELD ON 3/9/2022

Thanks be to God almighty and May the peace of our Lord Jesus abide with us all Amen.

It was indeed a great moment in the presence of God and also I want appreciate God for another opportunity to listen to the doctrine of Christ in todays thanksgiving service, we should stay focused and as we serve God because there are a lot of false teachers out there who’s job is to deceive others using the word of God, we should be careful who we listen to and the company we keep, I learn that when Christ comes again he want to hear good things about us that we are able to stand fast and do his work, we should love our neighbors as we love ourselves so it is a commandment of God that we should love one another.

Philippians 1:27 here i learned and understand that we should stand fast in faith we should take the word of very seriously so that when Christ comes in our absence he will see that we did good works while we were here, Christ wants to hear good things about us when he comes again so we are expected to do our work and while waiting the Lord, it says here only let your conversation be as it become the gospel of Christ that wether I come and see you or else be absent I may hear of your affairs that ye stand fast in one spirit with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel.

John 3:16 here I learn and understand that it is because of love God have his son Jesus to die for our sins therefore we have been commanded my God to love one another as Christ lived us and gave his life for us, if you love your neighbors just as you love yourself you will not do evil to them, you will not steal or kill because love does not teach us to kill but to care for one another, it says here for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believe him should not die but have everlasting life. We must believe in the son of God Jesus Christ because it is only the son we can get to the father so we must first of all accept Christ as our Lord and savior and every other thing we seek shall be added.

1st John 3:10;11;12 here the Bible says, in this the children of God are manifest and the children of the devil whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God neither he he that love not his brother, for this is the message that ye heard for the beginning that ye should love one another, because love is the greatest of all we must love God and our brother so that men will see the love of God in us, if we don’t love one another as Christ has commanded us it becomes sin, what you don’t want another person to do to you don’t do it them, we must not do evil to other rather we should love and by doing so we can bring them to Christ and show them the love of God, when we do good to our fellow men even to our enemies we can easily convert to Christ so we should not stop doing good as long as we live.

John 17:17 here I learn that the word of God is truth and life to those who abide in the word and truth, it says here sanctify them through thy truth, thy word is truth, the word of truth if we find the word find truth and only the shall save and set us free.
