I ate Mote Hin Khar this morning.This is one of my favourite foods.

You can buy and eat very easy in Myanmar.You can buy at the coffee shops,at the markets and at many Mote Hin Khar shops for breakfast.
Mote Hin Khar is a kind of fish noodle soup.
It included the main ingredients below.. (1)Rice noodle
(2) Fish soup
(3)Onions
(4)Sliced banana stems
(5) Lemon grass
(6)Ginger
And the others accessories are depend on you below..
(1)Fried pea
(2)boiled duck Egg
(3)spicy powders
(4)Coriander
(5)Green Black-Eyed Pea

Hi! I have never tried this soup, Myanmar is far away for me but fortunately there is Hive so I can learn about traditional recipes from other countries and see what people from other places like to eat. I love to travel and dream of going around the world but as long as I don't have a lot of money, this is much cheaper😋. Trying to adapt the recipes to the ingredients we have in each place. For example I have never tried banana stems, I think it is something I have not seen in my country, but if here are bananas, I imagine I will be able to find the stems too. I'll have to investigate 🤣. Looks like a very healthy dish!

We eat and tried banana stems which is removed the outer thin layer of banana stems and then washed & boiled & cooking in the fish soup.
