Hey everyone,welcome to my blog again, I am @ceendy2020 and here is my entry for the weekly Contest on what I do for a living .
In the world where we are today, especially in my country Nigeria recently, it's not a time when anyone who is an adult to be idle, doing nothing. I was a sit at home mum for a while,and things were getting so bad financially, expenses upon expenses, rising on daily basis. My personal needs were not met, just the household needs that were being met.

It was a struggle for me, because as a woman I have needs, but i had to sacrifice them, so that the needs of my child and other important needs are taken care of. At a point it became really unbearable, I knew I had to do the needful, that was were my job hunt started .

MY NEW JOB

I started job hunting december 2023, I tried applying to most offices, while waiting for responses, I kept on applying for other places, but since it was a festive season and offices were closing up, i didn't get any positive response,till January this year.

I got a call for an interview in a very prestigious business company,that deal majorly on building materials. I went for the interview,got the job,and was asked to resume first week February. That was how I started working.

I was employed as an Admin/sales representative. I accepted the job because I am a business inclined person and since it was a business environment it made it more interesting for me.
In my place of work we deal on all kinds of building materials,I would share few pictures from my photo gallery of what we sell.

This is our tiles section in the show room

We sell all kinds of tile,both Spanish,China and Nigerian tiles. In this place I have come to know the various kinds of tiles there is, their quality as it varies and their different sizes, it was not easy learning them, because each tile has its own code,and you have to memorize each code.

We also have another section where we deal on all kinds of doors, view from my picture gallery.

I have come to learn a lot, since my stay here ,this is 6 months I started work,and I have been able to help with the expenses,and my personal needs. I would call myself a working class now,as I earn my own money.

Recently a friend of mine @fokusnow introduced me to this Hive platform,and I have decided to make the most of it. Ready to learn new things and ready to give back my own idea and also ready to earn.
