Island Visit In My Great-grandmother Place

Today I will bring you to the beautiful place of Panggangan Calape Bohol. In Calape the neighboring town of Loon, there is an Island called Panggangan, the place of my great-grandmother. It has a beautiful beaches but we didn't go there and only visit the youngest brother and sister of my great- grandmother. We passed by the clear sea water along the side of the road. The road was manmade connecting the small island. If I have enough money how I wish to make an infrastructure project for a business as it is also headed by some foreigner or tourist from other country and local Filipino.

The view going to the island, the water was so clear, no houses and the presence of mangrove tree were there to prevent the seashore from big waves.

The market day and the place was well organized.

Their torta was so delicious and peanuts.

We were riding pedicab from the town to the barrio we which was the Island Panggangan, the place of my great-grandmother.

They were surprised upon our visit. They served us food and the elderly were crying upon seeing us. The sister of my great- grandmother was bedridden and the youngest among siblings is also still alive. So handsome old man without family. He is single and I wondered why he didn't get married. I could see in his face the facial expressions of my great-grandmother who really loved me. I was 25 years old when she died. She had a lovely angelic face and had fair complexion.

This is the story part of my 7 days vacation in Bohol last June for the 9th death anniversary of my Lola Nanay Lucia.
