Saludos amigos de la comunidad de @holos-lotus, con la iniciativa que nos trae la estimada @damarysvibra, en su columna Integrales y en Expansión, con referencia al tema: " ¿Quién soy? (Semana No. 14) "Mi yo proyectado", para continuar con la serie, explorando en nuestro yo a esa persona que se proyecta con objetivos, metas y propósitos para el nuevo ciclo anual.
Toda esta energía positiva que nos llena, hace que nos proyectamos con emoción y fuerza en aquello que deseamos realizar y viéndonos ya en ello. El momento no es como para dejarlo pasar, la invitación es a este "Yo soy", en su esencia del ser que mira al futuro, a continuación mi participación:

Resolutions can be new icons that motivate me to start my engine every day of the year that is beginning, as most of us feel the energy of a new beginning, a new year. It is worth taking a break to reflect and decide what I want for my life, to decide what hurts me and what benefits my health.

In particular, I have a series of resolutions, such as taking care of my overall wellbeing, losing those extra kilos from all the delicious foods of the Christmas season, rearranging my wardrobes, renewing certain pieces of my wardrobe, taking that little trip I have pending, going back to visit my friends and many more.

My focus is to think about what makes my life special - Mental Dimension

A goal for the new year that I make for myself is to be happy, promise yourself to discard what does not make you happy, what does not satisfy you, make the promise to leave the past behind, leave behind the moments that left a bad taste in your mouth, keeping in mind that you do not have to look for happiness where it is not, because happiness is in you, in your present, because yesterday is gone, tomorrow who knows if it will come; it is today, it is this moment, with a positive attitude.

My approach is to think about what makes my life special, what projects and dreams are still unfinished, and what I will do to bring them to fruition. I bring to the present the goals I can imagine, what makes me happy, and then I encourage myself to go after it. Live in the moment, live day by day. This present belongs to you because the past is gone.

Darle forma a las cosas nuevas –Dimensión espiritual y personal

Ahora, nuestros sueños y proyectos que quedaron en suspenso deben ser renovados. No con tristeza por no haberlos logrado, sino con entusiasmo, con fe en Dios y confianza en nosotras mismas, es tiempo de buscar otra dirección si es posible, para darle forma a las cosas nuevas.

Particularmente estos últimos meses fueron para mí como de balance del año, doy gracias a Dios por ello, ya que logré mudarme de un estado a otro, porque era un proyecto en el cual estaba trabajando junto con mi hija y siempre lo habíamos soñado.

Ha sido un gran cambio en lo que se refiere a mejorar la calidad de vida, con nuestra nueva casa, así como también tengo ahora a mi familia cerca y eso me hace sentir más tranquila. Estamos en el inicio de un nuevo ciclo, espero tener la satisfacción de vivir este año de una manera que sea agradable para mí misma, un solo día por día.

Tips para alcanzar mis metas – Dimensión emocional

-Elegir metas que realmente quiero llevar a cabo desde mi corazón.

-Practicar reconocerme cada vez que llegue a mi objetivo.

-Anotar en un cuadernito “la emoción que experimente” así voy creando un registro emocional que me impulsa a seguir trabajando, de esta manera me recuerda el por qué esa meta es importante para mí.

-Cuando sientas decaer, pregúntate: qué ganas si no lo haces, y cuánto pierdes.

-Disfruta del camino, todo es aprendizaje.

Que la paz y el amor invadan nuestros hogares. Levantemos nuestra copa y brindemos por los propósitos ya cumplidos, por los que vamos dibujando y que faltan por hacerlos realidad, de la mano de nuestro creador en éste nuevo 2025.

Giving shape to new things - Spiritual and personal dimension

Now, our dreams and projects that were put on hold must be renewed. Not with sadness for not having achieved them, but with enthusiasm, with faith in God and trust in ourselves, it is time to look for another direction if possible, to shape new things.

More specifically, I thank God for it, because I managed to move from one state to another, because it was a project that I was working on together with my daughter and we had always dreamed of.

It has been a great change in terms of improving the quality of life, with our new house, as well as having my family close by and that makes me feel more at ease. We are at the beginning of a new cycle, I hope to have the satisfaction of living this year in a way that is pleasant for myself, one day at a time.

Tips to reach my goals - Emotional dimension

-Choose goals that I really want to achieve from my heart.

-Practice acknowledging myself every time I reach my goal.

-Write down in a notebook ‘the emotion I experience’ so I create an emotional record that drives me to keep working, thus reminding me why that goal is important to me.

-When you feel yourself slipping, ask yourself: what do you gain if you don't do it, and how much do you lose?

-Enjoy the journey, everything is learning.
