Hola muy buenas noches gran comunidad, deseo que se encuentren muy bien y que haya sido un día excelente para ustedes, hoy quiero compartir junto a ustedes el personaje de Lycaon el cazador maldito, en su versión extendida como carta para el gran mundo Radaquest. Este es otro de los personajes en el que me encantó trabajar dandole una versión extendida bastante fiera, característico de un ser licántropo, manteniendo su cabello como melena larga en la versión extendida y mostrando una total transformación como un hombre lobo caído en esta maldición eterna. Aquí les cuento un poco el proceso, deseando que les guste mucho éste lindo trabajo.

Hello very good evening great community, I hope you are very well and that it has been an excellent day for you, today I want to share with you the character of Lycaon the cursed hunter, in its extended version as a card for the great world Radaquest. This is another of the characters that I loved to work on, giving him a quite fierce extended version, characteristic of a lycanthropic being, keeping his hair as a long mane in the extended version and showing a total transformation as a werewolf fallen in this eternal curse. Here I tell you a little bit about the process, hoping you like a lot this nice work.

Para el boceto en limpio fui trabajando con una brocha tipo lápiz grueso, clonando las capas para diferenciar el fondo del personaje, después pase a aplicar una base color oscuro con saturación opaca en una nueva capa con método normal, para así ir trabajando las sombras y la iluminación usando una brocha dura variando su grosor.

For the clean sketch I worked with a thick pencil brush, cloning the layers to differentiate the background of the character, then I applied a dark base color with opaque saturation in a new layer with normal method, to work the shadows and lighting using a hard brush varying its thickness.

Fui difuminando y mezclando para suavizar usando una brocha suave con una opacidad baja, seguí en otras capas usando una brocha dura con grosor mínimo para definir más las facciones y las sombras donde pase luego a trabajar y definir más algunos puntos de iluminación. Después, empecé en nuevas capas a trabajar los ojos usando método normal con un pincel suave con grosor mínimo, aplicando las sombras y brillos en diferentes capas para trabajar mejor la mezcla y difuminado, y luego pase a unirlas para seguir definiendo, de la misma forma abri una nueva capa para definir su hocico, dientes y lengua, jugando con la iluminación usando una brocha suave con opacidad de baja a mediana, para el pelaje se su cabeza fui usando la brocha tipo pelo con grosor mínimo usando varias capas con pelos mas oscuros y otros con mas iluminación.

En varias capas fui trabajando la saturación con una brocha del cuerpo con una brocha suave y difuminando para suavizar y mezclar, también en nuevas capas agregue mas iluminación y sombra con una brocha dura en grosor mínimo y opacidad media baja para detener mayor control. Después, con la brocha redonda difumine los bordes y definí aún más con la brocha tipo pelo, sus garras y uñas las fui trabajando en nuevas capas con método normal, usando capas de iluminación y sombras de igual forma. Su melena la fui trabajando por capas agregando un color base que suavice con difuminó y definí con la brocha tipo pelo con grosor mínimo usando una capa de iluminación y otra para mechones mas oscuros que crean profundidad. En otra capa con una brocha dura empecé a pincelar el fondo para crear árboles, con tonalidades oscuras, usando el difuminó y método normal, usando un fondo tenue con una iluminación central.

En otra capas fui dando más textura con brochas de hojas y usando capas de sombras y brillos para dar más formas a los troncos de árbol, aplicando también gausseano para integrar mejor y tener profundidad. En otras capas agregue pinceladas con brochas de hiervas con opacidad media baja cambiando las tonalidades, agregando un poco de hiervas más colorida por delante. Luego que termine de dar detalles al fondo del entorno, cambien a método mezcla superposición para saturar algunos tonos como el de los ojos usando una brocha suave y opacidad muy baja, no queria cargar mucho al personaje asi que solo algunos puntos leves de sombras retoque y la iluminación puntual también, agregando con el pincel tipo pelo algunos pelos con método añadir usando tambien una brocha de puntos de brillos para agregar en su entorno.

In other layers add brush strokes with herb brushes with medium low opacity changing the tonalities, adding some more colorful herbs in front. After I finished giving details to the background of the environment, switch to blend method overlay to saturate some tones like the eyes using a soft brush and very low opacity, I didn't want to load too much to the character so just some light shadows points retouch and spot lighting also, adding with the hair brush some hairs with method add using also a glitter points brush to add in his environment.
