Hola gente de #Hive mi nombre es Jose Castillo, tengo 16 Años de edad nací el 29 de abril de el 2006 en la ciudad de Maracay Estado Aragua y resido en Turmero Municipio Santiago Mariño, me dedico a estudiar y estoy culminando mi 5to año de bachillerato, en mis tiempos libres solía jugar fútbol nunca jugué en equipos solo en canchas normales con mis amigos y comencé a bajar de peso y estar en una contestura de muy mal aspecto me decían un millón de cosas por lo magro que estaba, y yo siempre veía a mi hermano entrenar algo que yo no sabía ni el nombre ni el porque el hacia eso y lo veía en una contestura bien, y el un día me dijo entrena conmigo calistenia y yo le pregunto que es eso y me explico y yo entrene con el se me hacía muy complicado porque no tenía la resistencia, y poco a poco fui agarrando fuerza y el me dice quieres entrenar street workout y yo le pregunto que es eso? Y el me explico y yo le dije bueno esta bien vamos a darle para ver, y comencé a entrenar las 2 cosas lo que fue la calistenia y el street workout comencé a entrenar en los últimos días de diciembre de el 2022 no soy tan bueno en eso pero hay poco a poco vamos, entrenando con constancia y dedicación todo es posible, y lo que fue este deporte me cambiaron en todo tanto físico como mental antes me gustaba estar más en la calle, que hacer ejercicio y vaya que este deporte cambia la vida de las personas, me gustó mucho, siento que estoy haciendo algo que me beneficia y me fortalece en tener una muy buena salud.
Hello people of #Hive my name is Jose Castillo, I am 16 years old I was born on April 29, 2006 in the city of Maracay Aragua State and I live in Turmero Municipality Santiago Mariño, I am dedicated to study and I am completing my 5th year of high school, in my free time I used to play soccer I never played in teams only in normal courts with my friends and I started to lose weight and be in a very bad looking contestura they told me a million things for how lean I was, and I always saw my brother training something that I did not even know the name or why he did that and I saw him in a good contestura, and one day he told me train with me calisthenics and I asked him what that was and he explained to me and I trained with him it was very complicated because I did not have the stamina, and little by little I was gaining strength and he told me you want to train street workout and I asked him what that was? And he explained it to me and I told him well ok let's give it to him to see, and I began to train the 2 things what was the calisthenics and the street workout I began to train in the last days of December of the 2022 I am not so good in that but there is little by little we go, training with constancy and dedication everything is possible, and what this sport was changed me in everything both physically and mentally before I liked to be more in the street, than to exercise and wow this sport changes people's lives, I liked it a lot, I feel that I am doing something that benefits me and strengthens me in having a very good health.

Conocí la hermosa disciplina llamada Street Workout o Calistenia gracias a mi hermano Angelo Castillo ya que es uno de los atletas que está en esta hermosa comunidad también me llamo mucho la atención y investigué por mi lado, quería saber un poco más sobre este hermoso deporte y lo que investigue fue que es un deporte casi parecido a la gimnasia pero con un poco más de clase urbano y se puede entrenar en espacios libres como parques, espacios públicos y hasta en nuestra Propia casa.
I met the beautiful discipline called Street Workout or Calisthenics thanks to my brother Angelo Castillo as he is one of the athletes who is in this beautiful community also called my attention and I investigated on my side, I wanted to know a little more about this beautiful sport and what I investigated was that it is a sport almost similar to gymnastics but with a little more urban class and you can train in open spaces such as parks, public spaces and even in our own home.
Mis objetivos son tener la oportunidad de aportar algo que sea útil para todo los jóvenes que se inspiren a entrar en el deporte y vean este hermoso estiló de vida.

Yo era un practicante de béisbol muy bueno. Gracias a los entrenamientos de calistenia ya que estos entrenamientos nos ayuda a resaltar en otras disciplinas Cabe destacar que este deporte me ha ayudado a mejorar mi condición física, entre ellas la musculatura, definición y fuerza ya que entrenamos solamente con nuestro mismo peso corporal.
I was a very good baseball player. Thanks to the calisthenics training because this training helps us to excel in other disciplines. It should be noted that this sport has helped me to improve my physical condition, including muscle, definition and strength because we train only with our own body weight.
