Hi, how are you? I am relatively new to Hive, it has only been a few months since I opened my account and published my first post, since then I have dedicated myself not only to upload content, but to discover little by little all the communities that are part of this wonderful ecosystem, that's how I found this community, something that made me very happy because I love coffee, seriously I love it, maybe it is a product of years in which I woke up with that pleasant aroma in my house when I was a child. It is one of the first aromas that you feel when you wake up in almost every home in my country, (Venezuela) I remember that my mother used a small aluminum jug to brew the coffee, while in the background she listened to the morning radio programs, those are my references about coffee, although at home, my mother did not let the children drink strong coffee, only “Guarapo” which is what in Venezuela is called to a very diluted coffee. Nowadays I really like the taste of coffee, and I don't tie myself to any specific brand, I like to try them all, and each one has its own charm, so on this occasion, in my first post in this community, join me to taste Café Della Nonna 😊.

This is a gourmet coffee and in spite of its Italian name, it is produced here in Venezuela. According to what is indicated on the package, the product has rich and earthy notes, touches of bitter chocolate and a subtle smokiness.

At home I prepare it just as my mother used to prepare it when I was a child, since I am lucky enough to have inherited her old aluminum jug, it is not the most luxurious but for me it has a very high emotional value. I boil water separately, in a pot, add the spoonfuls of coffee that I need and let it infuse for about 10 minutes, then I strain the coffee over the jug, but while I am doing this process I realize that this coffee is indeed very aromatic, and the aroma is loaded with some notes of cocoa, at least that is what I perceive.

At home we like to drink coffee with milk, sometimes I even like to put it in the blender to cause foam, as for the taste of this particular brand, I can say that I like it, however I have tasted better, I thought that because of the aroma, it would also taste a little chocolate, however it was not, but there is a brand, which right now I can not remember what it is, which does feel quite some notes of chocolate, if I remember what it is, I will bring the review for you 😉.

Hola ¿cómo están? Soy relativamente nueva en Hive, solo han pasado unos cuantos meses desde que abrí mi cuenta y publiqué mi primer post, desde entonces me he dedicado no solo a subir contenido, sino a ir descubriendo poco a poco todas las comunidades que forman parte de este maravilloso ecosistema, fue así como encontré esta comunidad, algo que me puso muy feliz porque soy amante del café, en serio me encanta, quizá sea producto de años en los que desperté con ese agradable aroma en mi casa cuando era niña. Es uno de los primeros aromas que sientes al despertar en casi todos los hogares de mi país, (Venezuela) Recuerdo que mi madre usaba una pequeña jarra de aluminio para colar el café, mientras de fondo escuchaba los programas radiales matutinos, esas son mis referencias sobre el café, aunque en casa, mi madre no dejaba que los niños tomaran café fuerte, solo "Guarapo" que es como en Venezuela se le llama a un café muy diluído. Hoy en día me gusta mucho el sabor del café, y no me ato a ninguna marca en específico, me gusta probar todas, y a cada una le consigo su propio encanto, así que en esta ocasión, en mi primer post en esta comunidad, acompáñenme a degustar Café Della Nonna 😊.

Este es un café de tipo gourmet y a pesar de su nombre en italiano, es producido aquí en Venezuela, según lo que indica el paquete, el producto tiene notas ricas y terrosas, toques de chocolate amargo y un sutil ahumado.

En casa lo preparo tal cual como lo preparaba mi madre cuando yo era niña, ya que tengo la dicha de haber heredado su vieja jarra de aluminio, no es la más lujosa pero para mi tiene un altísimo valor emocional. Yo hierbo agua aparte, en una olla, añado las cucharadas de café que necesito y dejo infusionando por unos 10 minutos, luego cuelo el café sobre la jarra, pero mientras voy haciendo este proceso me doy cuenta de que este café efectivamente es muy aromático, y el aroma va cargado con algunas notas de cacao, al menos es lo que percibo.

En casa nos gusta tomar el café con leche, a veces incluso me gusta meterlo a la licuadora para provocar espuma, en cuanto al sabor de esta marca en particular, puedo decir que me gusta, sin embargo he probado mejores, creía que debido al aroma, también sabría un poco a chocolate, sin embargo no fue así, pero hay una marca. la cual ahora mismo no puedo recordar cual es, a la cual sí se le siente bastante algunas notas de chocolate, si logro recordar cual es, traeré la reseña para ustedes 😉.

I am very happy 😃 that you liked my post, I think we learn everything from our parents, we follow old patterns, maybe that's why I follow almost the same routine as my mother, although nowadays I don't listen to the radio, but I do all this while watching TV or watching videos on my cell phone.
