Hello friends of Hive and Street workout community, it's me again @carlossaw. And today I bring you a new post of pictures of a warm-up circuit in my full-body workout. let's start!!!!

      La rutina consiste en realizar 5 ejercicios básicos, que me ayuden a nivelarme antes de realizar una rutina de mayor nivel.

The routine consists of performing 5 basic exercises, which help me to level up before performing a higher level routine.

      La rutina consiste en realizar:
5 Muscle ups
10 Pull ups
20 Dips
25
Push ups
30 Squats

The routine consists of performing:
-5 Muscle ups

-20 Dips

-Push ups
-30 Squats

      Esto es una rutina bastanate rápida y sencilla que nos ayudara a estar lo bastante preparado para una rutina de mayor nivel y exigencia.

This is a fairly quick and easy routine that will help us to be prepared enough for a higher level and more demanding routine.
