Mi rutina de entrenamiento [Esp/Eng]

Cada que tengo tiempo, realizo un entrenamiento con una rutina que diseñe para que sea exigente y rapida de hacer, donde contiene 6 ejercicios, 2 de pierna, 2 de espalda y 2 de pecho.
Whenever I have time, I do a workout with a routine that I designed to be demanding and quick to do, which contains 6 exercises, 2 for legs, 2 for back and 2 for chest.
La rutina consiste en:
-15 burpees
-15 pull-ups
-30 dips
-30 squats jumps
-15 chin-ups
-30 push-ups
The routine consists of:

-30 push-ups.
Esta rutina la diseñe para realizar cuando llego tarde el trabajo, donde no me queds mucho tiempo para entrenar, y para poder aprovechar el tiempo, ya que mi hora de entrenamiento va de 7:00 pm a 8:00 pm. Y trato de poder entrenar la mayor cantidad de dias posible a la semana
I designed this routine to do when I get home late from work, when I don't have much time to train, and to be able to take advantage of the time, since my training time goes from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. And I try to be able to train as many days as possible per week.
