Realice una rutina a base de muscle-ups. Siendo la base del entrenamiento.

40 dips
4 muscle-ups
20 pull-ups
3 muscle-ups
40 squat jumps
2 muscle-ups
40 push-ups
1 muscle-up
15 L leg raises
La rutina consiste en:
-5 muscle-ups
-40 fondos
-4 flexiones
-20 dominadas
-3 flexiones
-40 saltos en cuclillas
-2 flexiones
-40 flexiones
-1 flexiones
-15 elevaciones de piernas en L
