The pace of life, different cultures and various factors end up being influential for there to be a large number of people worldwide in a state of loneliness, this diversity of loneliness is expressed between people who are alone but have the support of family and friends, and others who are completely alone.

Choosing loneliness is an option, but there are people who do not choose it, but they have to live it, that is why it is very important the psychological preparation they must have to face the day to day, because if there are external elements that motivate you, because when choosing to be alone the motivation must come from within us, sometimes we have to deal with problems that are more difficult to face if we are alone, however with a correct psychological capacity we can face many problems on our own.

Even being surrounded by many people, family, friends, we must be emotionally and psychologically prepared, since emotions are usually felt and expressed in different ways, we can be with many people but feel alone, this loneliness is very dangerous, because it makes other people do not understand that behavior to want to be alone when many people want to support you.

In conclusion the psychological preparation must be personalized, and initially depends on us, if by any circumstances of life we have been alone, the first thing we must assume is that we are not alone, since we have our drive and perseverance that is the best ally, and if the situation is that we feel alone even being surrounded by people, then it is already a problem of demotivation, so you have to find the source and attack the root.
