En esta oportunidad me gustaría compartir con ustedes mis tres días de entrenamiento📆, más que eso una rutina para mejorar su condición física🦵💪 y superar sus tiempos en el ciclismo⏳🚲💯, pues es la combinación de lo que es la escalada en subida🚵♀️⛰️ con la rotación en plano de dos días🛣️, todo esto nos suma resistencia🔥. Hoy les contaré un poco de esto que he aprendido📚 durante mi tiempo entrenando en ciclismo de manera más dedicada como deporte🔍.

Today I will tell you a little of this that I have learned📚 during my time training in cycling in a more dedicated way as a 🔍 sport.

This training was taught to me by a cycling friend named Daniel🤝, who explained the importance of rotating and riding the bike🚲 at least two hours a day to improve, however he explained that it is not to ride to exhaustion🧐 but to do it intelligently🧠 and from that day I paid attention to him;

Y llegamos a Cagua en un tiempo de una hora y 26 minutos, pues ese día me quedaría en casa de una amiga🤝 y decidí ir en bicicleta🚲 para seguir con mi entrenamiento de resistencia😎, ya que al día siguiente tenía que devolverme a Maracay🏙️.
And we arrived in Cagua in a time of one hour and 26 minutes, because that day I would stay at a friend's🤝 house and I decided to go by bicycle 🚲 to continue with my resistance😎 training, since the next day I had to return to Maracay🏙️.
Now I want to give you in order the routine performed🧐, starting with my training by Palmarito🤯⛰️🚴♀️ which I described in my previous post to improve in climbs;
Which I recorded as always with the Strava📲 physical activity application and in which I managed to do 42 kilometers💪.
For the second day we make a bottom at moderate speed or in a rotated🥵🚲 way, so that the legs do not try too hard but a resistance🔥 work is done;
On the second day make a distance of 31 kilometers🔍 at an average speed of 22 kilometers per hour🏎️🕐.
And finally, on the third day I made the return to my house🏠 of 31 kilometers Equally💯;
Igualmente rotada y suave para no forzar de más las piernas🦵, para que se pueda repetir esta rutina al día siguiente, dandolo todo en las subidas🚵♀️⛰️ y en las rotaciones de planos🚴♀️🛣️.
Equally rotated and soft so as not to force the legs🦵 too much, so that this routine can be repeated the next day, giving everything in the climbs 🚵♀️⛰️ and in the rotations of planes🚴♀️🛣️.
