En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes mi receta de galletas🤤📝 de avena libre de azúcar🙅♀️, sana➕ y fácil de hacer✅, un snack ideal para consumir antes y después de un entrenamiento🏋️♀️ e incluso para un antojito de media tarde⛅.

This time I want to share with you my recipe for oatmeal cookies sugar-free, healthy➕ and easy to make✅, an ideal snack to consume before and after a workout 🤤📝 🏋️♀️ and even for a mid-afternoon⛅ snack.

This was a recipe I made this morning📆, as my cycling best friend came to my house to help me with my bike🚲;
Y a mi en lo personal me gusta ser hospitalaria🏠 y ofrecerle algo a mis invitados🎁, por lo que idee esta receta en la que tarde nada más 25 minutos en hacer⏳.
Para esta receta vamos a necesitar:
- Avena en hojuelas completas
- 2 Bananas
- Leche en polvo (yo use una semidescremada)
- Cacao en polvo
And I personally like to be hospitable 🏠 and offer something to my guests🎁, so I devised this recipe in which it takes nothing more 25 minutes to make⏳.
For this recipe we will need:
- Oats in whole flakes
- 2 Bananas
- Powdered milk (I use a semi-skimmed one)
- Cocoa powder
👆Optional and/or additionally cinnamon and vanilla essence 👆
For this recipe📝 I used two cups of rolled oatmeal equivalent to 43 grams, half a cup of cocoa🍫 (21 grams) and half a cup of powdered milk (24 grams⚖️)🥛
While we calculate the measurements we reheat the oven👁️🗨️;
I set it to 240 degrees🔥.
Mash the bananas🍌 with the fork🍴 and add the oatmeal🥣 and half a tablespoon of vanilla essence and cinnamon powder;
Y luego la media taza de leche en polvo y de cacao en conjunto con media taza de agua🚰.
And then half a cup of powdered milk and cocoa in conjunction with half a cup of water🚰.
We stir it well🔀;
👆And butter a tray and place the mixture. 👆
To cook them set my oven at 160°🔥
And in less than 12 minutes🕓 the cookies were ready;
