Deseo de corazón que hoy estén teniendo un día de bienestar y sino es así les envío un fuerte abrazo y el recordario de que no están solos en este mundo, que todo pasa y nada es eterno (ni lo bueno ni lo malo)...

Pero bueno luego de esta intro bien profunda y personal les quiero contar algo sobre mí vida y el motivo por el cual me desaparezco a veces de por aquí, mi querido Hive donde siempre he encontrado apoyo y comunidad entre tantas cosas de mi vida cotidiana.

Y es que, desde Marzo de este año oficialmente soy Licenciada en Psicología graduada de la Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua, ubicada en Turmero, Estado Aragua, Venezuela.

I sincerely hope that today you are having a day of well-being and if not, I send you a big hug and the reminder that you are not alone in this world, that everything passes and nothing is eternal (neither good nor bad)...

But well after this very deep and personal intro I want to tell you something about my life and the reason why I disappear sometimes from here, my dear Hive where I have always found support and community among so many things in my daily life.

Since March of this year I have officially been Bachelor of Psychology graduated from the Bicentennial University of Aragua, located in Turmero, Aragua State, Venezuela.

Por allá por mayo, tuve la ilusión de poder vivir este acto solemne de recibir mi titulo después de tanto esfuerzos y algunos intentos de rendirme como les había comentando en post pasados (para los que me han leído y me siguen) ya que la vida en Venezuela a veces es difícil romantizarla con las idas de luz, con las dificultades económicas y la inestabilidad que caracteriza nuestro pedacito de tierra en el mundo.

Back in May, I had the illusion of being able to live this solemn act of receiving my degree after so much effort and some attempts to surrender as I had commented in past posts (for those who have read and follow me) since life in Venezuela is sometimes difficult to romanticize with the daylight breaks, with the economic difficulties and the instability that characterizes our little piece of land in the world.

Pero hey, no todo es malo, realmente ser Venezolana y seguir aquí me ha enseñado más de una lección de vida como el ser resiliente, adaptarme a los cambios, buscar soluciones creativas y sobre todo seguir siendo amable y optimista apesar de las cosas que nos puedan afectar.

Enfocar mi mente, cuerpo y alma en lo que si puedo controlar o gestionar y buscar siempre mi bienestar, creo que es de las cosas que he aprendido de mi experiencia como persona que vive cada día en la incertidumbre de un país complejo pero que es bello y único.

But hey, not everything is bad, really being Venezuelan and staying here has taught me more than one life lesson such as being resilient, adapting to changes, looking for creative solutions and above all continuing to be kind and optimistic despite the things that may affect us.

Focusing my mind, body and soul on what I can control or manage and always seek my well-being, I think is one of the things I have learned from my experience as a person who lives every day in the uncertainty of a complex country but that is beautiful and unique.

Todos estos antecedentes me han impulsado a mejorar mi percepción ante los conflictos y las vicisitudes de la vida, de la mano de profesionales de la Salud mental me mejorado muchísimo mi calidad de vida y relaciones personales, sobre todo mi relación conmigo misma, aunque obviamente sigo siendo humana aún hay cosas por mejorar y cosas por seguir aprendiendo...

Mi carrera como Psicóloga en Venezuela me hace sentir felicidad y satisfacción personal, ya que me permite ayudar a los demás y acompañarlos en procesos dolorosos o en su camino hacia una mejor calidad de vida❤️‍🩹.

Desde por allá por abril estoy ejerciendo mi carrera legalmente, ya que me inscribi en la Federación de psicologos de Venezuela y en el Colegio de psicólogos del Estado Aragua.

All this background has driven me to improve my perception of conflicts and the vicissitudes of life, with the help of mental health professionals my quality of life and personal relationships have greatly improved my quality of life and personal relationships, especially my relationship with myself, although obviously I am still human there are still things to improve and things to continue learning...

My career as a Psychologist in Venezuela makes me feel happiness and personal satisfaction, since it allows me to help others and accompany them in painful processes or on their way to a better quality of life❤️ 🩹.

Since back in April I have been practicing my career legally, since I enrolled in the Federation of Psychologists of Venezuela and in the College of Psychologists of the State of Aragua.

Con esto también quiero subrayar la importancia de exigir que al momento de atenderte con un psicólogo o profesional de la salud mental exijas su número de Federación ya que es un comprobante de su identidad profesional.

Y esto lo pueden ver en la página de la FPV, el mio por ejemplo es FPV 18.988, y si lo buscan allí pues les aparecerá mi nombre y el colegio donde estoy inscrito, de no ser así preocupense, ya que pones en riesgo tu salud mental.

With this I also want to underline the importance of requiring that when you see a psychologist or mental health professional you demand their Federation number since it is proof of their professional identity.
