Healthy Sweet Potato Smoothie With Spices. / Saludable Batido De Batata Con Especias.

Today's publication I had it prepared for a few days ago but due to the events that we are living today in my country, my publications were focused in another direction, but well here we are ahead because discouragement is not good for anyone.

Today's recipe is delicious, I was really curious to try a smoothie where the protagonist is the sweet potato or sweet potato as they say in other countries and I have added spices that I think was the key to give it an interesting and delicious flavor.





Without further ado, I invite you to join me in making this healthy and nutritious Sweet Potato Smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of sweet potato previously cooked with a few cloves.
  • One and a half cups of vegetable almond drink.
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of Cinnamon.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Walnuts.
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or sweetener of your choice.
  • Vanilla to taste.
  • Ice (optional) as much as you like.



How to prepare:

The first thing I did was to cook the previously chopped Sweet Potato, I added about 7 cloves and let it cook until it was tender, then I let it cool at room temperature.

Once this is done, we take our sweet potato and throw it in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients.

Add the Vegetable Drink, you can use the one you like or have at your reach, I used Almond.

Add the Nutmeg and Cinnamon.

Now it is the turn of the Honey, you can use another sweetener.

Finally add the Vanilla, I added a teaspoon and blend.

After having blended well it is time to serve, I served this drink in my mega glass to which I put ice, ice really goes great!

I added a little more Honey and more Cinnamon Powder.

Now all that's left to do is enjoy!

This drink is really delicious and delicately spiced, as well as creamy, I think you will love it.

Yield: 2 Cups.

Hola mi querida comunidad espero que se encuentren bien ☺.

La publicación de hoy la tenía preparada desde hacía ya unos días atrás pero por los acontecimientos que hoy día estamos viviendo en mi país, mis publicaciones estaban enfocadas en otra dirección, pero bueno aquí estamos adelante porque el desánimo no es bueno para nadie.

La receta de hoy es deliciosa, realmente tenía la curiosidad de probar un Batido en donde la protagonista sea la Batata o Boniato como le dicen en otros países y le he añadido especias que creo que fue la clave para darle un sabor interesante y delicioso.





Bueno sin más preámbulos te invito a que juntos hagamos esta saludable y nutritivo batido de Batata.

Ingredientes:

  • 200 Gramos de Batata o Boniato previamente cocido con unos clavitos de olor.
  • Taza y media de Bebida Vegetal de Almendras.
  • 1 Cucharadita colmada de Canela.
  • 1/2 Cucharadita de Nuez Mocada.
  • 2 Cucharadas de Miel o el endulzante de tu preferencia.
  • Vainilla al gusto.
  • Hielo (opcional) la cantidad que desees.



Modo de Preparación:

Lo primero que hice fue cocinar la Batata previamente picada, le agregué unos 7 clavitos de olor y dejé cocinando hasta que estuviera tierna, luego la dejé enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

Una vez hecho esto, tomamos nuestra Batata y la echamos en la licuadora junto con los demás ingredientes.

Agregamos la Bebida Vegetal, puedes usar la que más te guste o tengas a tu alcance, yo usé de Almendras.

Añadimos la Nuez Moscado y la Canela.

Ahora es el turno de la Miel, puedes usar otro endulzante.

Por último agregamos la Vainilla, yo puse una cucharadita y licuamos.

Después de haber licuado bien es hora de servir, yo serví esta bebida en mi mega vaso al cual le coloque hielo, verdaderamente el hielo le va de maravilla!

Le añadí un poco más de Miel y más Canela en Polvo.

Ahora solo queda disfrutar!

Esta bebida queda realmente deliciosa y delicadamente especiada, además de cremosa, creo que les encantará.

Rinde: 2 Vasos.

I never would have thought of this, but I like sweet potatoes, so I'd probably add cinnamon to it to round off the taste nicely:)
