Exquisite Salty Cheese Cake. / Exquisito Bizcocho Salado de Queso.

Greetings dear foodie friends! 🤗
I tell you a secret, how hard it is for me to stop consuming dairy, because every time I see a recipe like the one I'm going to share with you today, my mouth waters 😜
It is a savory cake, ideal for children's snack when they go to school or also for breakfast, if we add honey is glory! and a great companion for a hot drink, like a good chocolate or coffee, well with whatever you prefer and you feel like more, the truth is that it is delicious, it is very easy to make and it will take very little of your time.
Now without further ado I invite you to prepare this delicious recipe 😊
Ingredients:
- 150 Grams of All Purpose Wheat Flour.
- 2 eggs.
- 60 Ml of Milk.
- 200 Grams of grated Mozzarella Cheese.
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 150 Ml of Milk Cream.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs (optional).
- Baking pan measures 8 cm. by 8 cm. by 6 cm. high.
Preparation Mode.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl we are going to put the two eggs.
Next add the 60 Ml of milk, the cream, the Italian herbs, I used 1 teaspoon, and the salt, I used two teaspoons.
We are going to mix it integrating the ingredients very well.
Now it is the turn of the grated cheese.
Add the previously sifted wheat flour and the teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix again so that everything is well integrated, you can mix more easily with a pastry paddle, we will have a thick mixture.
Oh and don't forget the pepper, I used freshly ground black pepper, mix again.
After the pepper has been well integrated to the mixture, it is ready, we just need to pour it in a floured mold, I used a refractory mold but you can use any other, we even out the mixture.
Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes, but remember that this will depend on your oven, I advise you to be attentive at 20 minutes.
Our cake will be ready when it is golden brown and we introduce the toothpick and it comes out dry.
Then let it rest for a few minutes, this cake is very easy to unmold.
I chopped it into 9 pieces, I was planning to save them for the next day but we didn't eat them the same day, it was too much temptation!

Les cuento un secreto, que difícil es para mí dejar de consumir lácteos, pues cada vez que veo una receta como la que les voy a compartir hoy, se me hace agua la boca 😜
Es una torta salada, ideal para la merienda de los niños cuando van a la escuela o también para desayunar, si le añadimos miel es la gloria! y un gran acompañante para una bebida caliente, como un buen chocolate o un cafecito, bueno con lo que prefieras y te apetezca más, lo cierto es que queda deliciosa, es muy fácil de hacer y te va a tomar muy poco de tu tiempo.
Ahora sin más preámbulos te invito a preparar esta deliciosa receta 😊
Ingredientes:
- 150 Gramos de Harina de Trigo Todo Uso.
- 2 Huevos.
- 60 Ml de Leche.
- 200 Gramos de Queso Mozzarella rallado.
- 1 Cucharadita de Polvo para hornear.
- 150 Ml de Crema de Leche.
- Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
- 1 Cucharadita de Hiervas Italianas (opcional).
- Medidas de molde para hornear, 8 cms. por 8 cms. por 6 cms. de alto.
Modo de Preparación.
Precalentamos el horno a 180 Grados Centígrados.
En un recipiente vamos a echar los dos huevos.
Seguidamente añadimos los 60 Ml de Leche, la Crema de Leche, las hiervas italianas, usé 1 cucharadita, y la sal, usé dos cucharaditas.
Eso lo vamos a mezclar integrando muy bien los ingredientes.
Ahora viene el turno del Queso rallado.
Agregamos la Harina de Trigo previamente cernida, y la Cucharadita de Polvo para hornear.
Mezclamos nuevamente que se integre todo muy bien, puedes mezclar más fácilmente con una paleta repostera, nos quedará una mezcla gruesa.
Ah y no se nos olvide la Pimienta, usé Pimienta negra recién molida, volvemos a mezclar.
Después de haber integrado bien la Pimienta a la mezcla, ya está lista, solo nos queda echarla en un molde enharinado, usé uno refractario pero puedes usar cualquier otro, emparejamos la mezcla.
Metemos al horno aproximadamente por 25 minutos, pero recuerda que eso va a depender de tu horno, te aconsejo que a los 20 minutos estés pendiente.
Estará lista nuestra torta cuando esté doradita y le introduzcamos el palillo y salga seco.
Luego dejamos reposar unos minutos, esta torta se desmolda muy fácilmente.
Y picamos como más nos guste, yo la piqué en 9 pedazos, pensaba guardar para el día siguiente pero no las comimos el mismo día, fue mucha la tentación!
Bueno, una vez picada solo queda disfrutarla! 😍

That looks really good, but why with pepper too 🤔🤔. Well, that's unique and I want to try it. That's my kind of food, salty cake is the best especially it is not that too sweet.
