Coffee Coconut | Step by Step [ESP/ING]

Como saben a mi me gusta muchísimo inventar y además hacer combinaciones que me sean rica y divertidas; por ello se me ocurrió hacer una cocada de café. Las cocadas venezolanas son bebidas que se hacen a base de coco, el coco a su vez es un fruta propia de los países del caribe, en Venezuela el coco es una fruta que venden mucho sobre todo hacia los sectores de oriente y en su mayoría no es una fruta costosa, de hecho una de las más baratas en oriente, en el resto del país si puede subir un poco más de precio. Por ello me gusto mucho experimentar con la mezcla de coco y café.
Ingredientes:
Un coco.
Una lata de leche condensada.
4.5 gramos de café.
Canela al gusto.
Azúcar (opcional)
As you know I really like to invent and also make combinations that are rich and fun; that's why I came up with the idea of making a coffee cocada. The Venezuelan cocadas are drinks that are made with coconut, the coconut in turn is a fruit typical of the Caribbean countries, in Venezuela coconut is a fruit that is sold a lot especially to the eastern sectors and mostly is not an expensive fruit, in fact one of the cheapest in the east, in the rest of the country if it can go up a little more expensive. That's why I really liked experimenting with the coconut and coffee mixture.
Ingredients:
One coconut.
A can of condensed milk.
4.5 grams of coffee.
Cinnamon to taste.
Sugar (optional)
Paso a paso:
Lo primero es sacar el agua del coco, el coco es una fruta que dependiendo del lugar donde se de tiene agua, este coco en particular tenía bastante agua que saque y conserve en un vaso. Después de debe abrir el coco por la mitad, en esto yo busco ayuda porque es peligroso; pero una vez que ya el coco esta partido en dos es bastante fácil sacarle la carne del mismo, con una simple cuchara hacemos este trabajo.
Step by step:

Then you must open the coconut in half, in this I look for help because it is dangerous; but once the coconut is already split in two it is quite easy to remove the meat from it, with a simple spoon we do this job.
Seguidamente debemos colocar todo el contenido del coco en la licuadora, para que tenga bastante sabor a coco también decidí agregarle el agua del coco. Para luego tomar la leche condensada y verter el contenido. Para entonces colocar todo el café en la lista de ingredientes y comenzar a licuar. Licuamos por más o menos unos 3 minutos, en mi caso primero lo hice en una velocidad normal y luego en la velocidad de hielo para que el coco se triturara bien.

Then put all the coffee in the list of ingredients and start blending. Blend for about 3 minutes, in my case I first did it on normal speed and then on ice speed so that the coconut is well crushed.
Después pique hielo sumamente pequeño pero muy pequeño, casi para dar la apariencia de hielo granizado, este hielo lo coloque en la licuadora con la cocada ya lista y volví a licuar. Para el momento de servir la cocada decore el vaso con leche condensada y sirope de chocolate, seguidamente vacié el contenido de la licuadora y en la parte de arriba le agregue un poco de sirope y canela.
Then I chopped ice very small but very small, almost to give the appearance of slush ice, this ice was placed in the blender with the cocada already prepared and I blended it again. When it was time to serve the cocada I decorated the glass with condensed milk and chocolate syrup, then I emptied the contents of the blender and added a little syrup and cinnamon on top.
Esta cocada quedo muchísimo más rica de lo que esperaba, en definitiva el contraste entre el café y el coco se siente bastante predominante, sobre el azúcar lo coloque porque pensé que le faltaría un poco de dulce pero la verdad es que la leche condensada le dio todo el dulce para mi gusto, pero puede que otra persona necesite un poco de azúcar, por ello digo que es opcional.
This coconut is much richer than I expected, definitely the contrast between coffee and coconut is quite predominant, about the sugar I put it because I thought it would lack a little sweet but the truth is that condensed milk gave all the sweetness for my taste, but maybe someone else needs a little sugar, so I say it is optional.
