I totally agree, starting out the day in with the intention to be more positive and incorporating healthy habits is key. For a while my partner and I had a cycle of waking up, checking our phones while we ate breakfast then smoking a joint before starting our work for the day - this went on for several months and not only where we very depressed, we were also unproductive and always tired.
Now we wake up, go outside, drink water and stretch a bit before eating breakfast where we chat about our goals and plans before going off to our different activities. Also I am trying to do more intervals of exercise while I do morning chores and get started on my work for the day -- my life is totally different and I am happier than ever now!

So this article was a good reminded to keep up the good work and do more praying and meditation in the morning as well.
