Splinterlands: Free-To-Play Splinterlands Account Step by Step

Create a Free to Play Splinterlands Account:

On this post I going to explain how to create a free Splinterlands account, how to earn Glint, Joining Guilds, Earning Chests and what is not possible as a free player.

First of All enter the Splinterlands website: Splinterlands.com

Click on Play Now

Them on Register

Now put your username you want , your email and solve the anti-bot Captcha
Them click on Create Password put a solid Password them click on Register

Congratulations your Free Account has Been Created

You can star playing right now and Earning Glint by Clicking in Battle

Them Create your team

You will Have Chaos Legion Ghost Cards to play for Free, chose your summoner first:

Them pick your team, finally click on Battle:

If you win the battle you will increases your rank points and Earn Glint:

If you buy the spellbook you will also be able to win SPS(note that you also need to play with at least 1 rented card or one that you own for the SPS, note that you can just buy rewards cards and own them with the Glint you earn for free , any Ghost card will reduce your SPS earning)

Leagues

After you keep winning you will accumulate more raiting and you will advance to the next League.

Advancing to new leagues will reward you with Chests

As Higher is the League , higher will be the amount of Chests.

Glint:

After winning your first battle you will have Glint:

Half of it you can use it when ever you want the other half you will have to wait until the season end and you will receive all the Glint you have accumulate during the season.

Click on Shop to see what can you use the Glint, like reward cards, Chests , Merits , Titles, etc. Note: that you can not win the Jackpot price for Chests unless you buy the Spellbook.

Delegation:

You can get cards delegate to you for free, ask politely on Discord for it and someone should help you, this will give you an advantage over others free players. Also if you have join a Guild they could also help you with that and talking about guilds.

Guild

Guilds are very helpful, they give you earning boost, Merits as price for fighting in Brawls that you can use to buy Gladiators cards.

You can Join one By Clicking in Browse Guilds

You can search the Guilds based in Language and type like only search for guilds that are Open so you can just join instantly.

Limitations of Free Players

There are some limitations as a free player that I have already mentioned in the post, like not been able to:

• Earn SPS for winning Battles.
• Chances to Earn the Jackpot on Chests.
• Compete in Tournaments.
• List items on the market.
• Earning SPS from Brawls.

In order to be able to do this you will need to buy the Spellbook:

The Spellbook provide you 3000 Credits that if you use to rent cards you can recover the 10$ investment pretty fast, you also will have a Battle Reward Boost for 30 Days.
