En esta oportunidad les traigo una aventura que tuve con mi chica, la señorita @albanyjrg
En uno de nuestros primeros paseos decidimos ir al centro y conocer un poco más de la historia de la ciudad.
Un sitio bastante emblemático es el Museo Sacro, un lugar que ofrece bastantes anecdotas del pasado de la capital, sobretodo del pasado religioso, ya que como su nombre lo indica, le pertenecía a la iglesia católica.
Actualmente el lugar expone desde cuadros y telas de la época colonial venezolana que hacen referencia a la cultura religiosa del momento.
A su vez, exhibe a todo público distintas joyas usadas y de gran valor simbólico. De la misma manera en el sitio hay unas catacumbas y pasadizos a lugares importantes de su construcción vecina, la icónica "Catedral de Caracas".
El Museo consta con un recorrido guiado y una entrada accesible de 2USD o al cambio en Bolívares.
Ese día, quise sacar de la rutina a a mi chica que tenía una situación desagradable que estaba afrontando.
Nada, que un café, arte e historia no pudiera ayudar a aliviar esos pesares.
Luego de visitar el Museo Sacro, seguimos caminando por el centro de Caracas para distraer la mente y compartir momentos bonitos juntos.

Debo admitir que no es primera vez que venía a este lugar. De pequeño y luego de nuevo en la universidad, tuve la oportunidad de visitarlo.
Siempre he sentido cierta fascinación por ese lugar, ya que la primera vez que fuí pude incluso pasar a la cátedra de Caracas por ese lugar. Estaba de moda la película "El código Da Vinci" y me sentía literalmente Robert Langdon.
También, en mi primera visita tuve la oportunidad de escuchar los cuentos de las posibles personas que todavía siguen enterradas debajo de sus cimientos y esa historia aunque parece quizás un poco tétrica y oscura, me llamaba la atención desde la perspectiva arqueológica ya que incluso actualmente sigue siendo un lugar de restos históricos importantes, por ello se camina sobre un suelo que se diseño especialmente para las visitas y no dañar más el lugar para seguir haciendo estudios.

This time I bring you an adventure I had with my girl, Miss @albanyjrg.
In one of our first walks we decided to go downtown and learn a little more about the history of the city.
A very emblematic place is the Museo Sacro, a place that offers many anecdotes of the past of the capital, especially the religious past, since as its name suggests, it belonged to the Catholic Church.
Currently the place exhibits paintings and canvases from the Venezuelan colonial period that make reference to the religious culture of the time.
At the same time, it exhibits to the public different used jewels of great symbolic value. In the same way in the site there are catacombs and passages to important places of its neighboring construction, the iconic "Cathedral of Caracas".
The museum has a guided tour and an accessible entrance fee of 2USD or at the exchange rate in Bolivars.
That day, I wanted to get my girl out of the routine because she had an unpleasant situation she was facing.
Nothing, that a coffee, art and history could not help to alleviate those sorrows.
After visiting the Museo Sacro, we continued walking around downtown Caracas to distract the mind and share beautiful moments together.

I must admit that it is not the first time I came to this place. As a child and then again in college, I had the opportunity to visit it.
I have always felt a certain fascination for that place, since the first time I went I could even pass the Caracas chair through that place. The movie "The Da Vinci Code" was all the rage and I literally felt like Robert Langdon.
Also, on my first visit I had the opportunity to listen to the stories of the possible people who are still buried under its foundations and that story although it seems perhaps a little dark and gloomy, called my attention from the archaeological perspective because even today it is still a place of important historical remains, so you walk on a floor that was designed especially for visits and not to damage the place to continue doing studies.
If you are interested in knowing a little more about this religious culture and how it was in colonial times you should visit this museum.
