Day 2284 | New Week, New Goals!
I'm still struggling to really get in a full health lifestyle with too many days where my eating habits aren't what they should be which is preventing me to drop weight. The good thing however is that I did find a magic number when it comes down to the amount of daily steps which takes some effort which is just low enought to actually get them in without much problem. This number is 8000. It gets me to take some extra walks without a crazy time requirement. The goal is to keep this up and continue tracking daily.
New Week Goals: I have skipped yoga in the week I was a bit sick and ever since procrastinated to go back, first because of the heat and last week because it already has been a while. The goal this week is to return to my regular routine to join at least 3 classes. on Monday, Friday, Saturday which I should always be able to make based on my occupation schedule. Aside from this, I also aim to get my weight down to at least 71kg and if possible below that.
40-Day Weight Exercises
I aim to do some exercises daily on top of the hot yoga classes and make them add up over time. I still devide them in press, squat, Pull, Crunch, and Plank to work the entire body. I also will count my daily steps and aim to do 8k+ on average.
