Splinterlands battle mage secrets: Aimless powered up with speed!

Hello Splinter nerds

Today is an auspicious day, two things are going to end.....The first is Splinterlands's season which already end and it was a great one for me and the second is 2023 that will end in 3 hours!

The year 2023 has been an amazing one for me, I won, I lost and most importantly I learned.

This week's Splinterlands battle mage secret is Aimless

This is one of my favorite rulesets because attacks are unpredictable when it comes to magic and range monsters, it just happens randomly and any of the opponent monsters can be the target, the rules do not work with melee monsters though.

The rule becomes more interesting when I can use a blast summoner or a blast rule is added to the set of rules.

I had a battle with the Aimless in which I was given two more ruleset.

The first is Fire & regret in which all monsters have the fire return ability which affects range attackers whenever they hit a target while the second rule is Heavy hitters and it favors monsters with stun ability as all monsters possess knock-out ability which does double damage to any stunned monster.

We both used the water splinter but he came with sneaky monsters while I used more magic monsters.

I used Lux Vega summoner with the +1 [health, armor, and speed], and the opponent used Kenya Frendul with similar stats but lacks the +1 health.

My Formation

Vulguine & Soul Fiend

This battle was more of speed for me, I used a soul fiend in the second position as it added speed to all my monsters and Vulguine has the dodge, enrage, and scavenger ability, so it is hard to hit, his health increases when any monster get eliminated and the enrage ability only makes him more powerful and very hard to hit.

The opponent's cruel sethropod was only able to hit my Vulguine once and that was the only successful hit on it.

Celestial Harpy & Time mage

The celestial harpy defeated the opponent healer after the time mage took away the armor protecting it and her first hit was the healer, harpy completed the job since she had the opportunity ability that target the monster with the lowest health.

Chaos Agent & Doctor Blight

The chaos agent was placed in the second to the last position just in case the opponent used sneak monsters, he used 2 sneaks but only his Pelacor was able to hit the chaos agent, the second sneak had two misses while Doctor Blight having the camouflage ability can not be target by the sneaky monsters.

It was a flawless victory for me.
