Splinterlands battle mage secret : Earthquake
Hello Splinter nerds
This week's Splinterlands battle mage secret is Earthquake
It is a rule in which all non-flying monster takes 2 physical damage at the end of each round. So this rule favors monsters with the flying
ability.*
The best summoner for this rule is Brighton Bloom
with the flying stat
, it gives all the monsters it summoned the flying ability which makes them immune to the earthquake rule unless their flying was taken away by the opponent monsters with the snare
ability.
I had a battle with just two rules, which were:
It was an earthquake and Heavy hitters
ruleset in which all monsters have the knock out
ability which is quite handy and does double damage if the monster being attacked has been stunned.
Unfortunately, the Brighten Bloom
summoner could not be used because the dragon splinter was omitted in the battle, it was just 3 splinters available, water, life, and death and I was not surprised when the opponent used the same summoner I used.
We used Possibilus of the water splinter with 3 unique stats, +2 health, trample, and reach. Same summoner but different choice in monsters which makes a big difference because it is not just about summoner.
We both used certain tactics, like using a similar monster [ wave brood ] with the Taunt
ability which attracts the opponent's attacks and gives other monsters in its team a chance to launch their attack without fear of being hit.
The opponent used Kulu Mastermind
a monster with opportunity ability but luckily my taunt monster received all the hits at first
Two monsters make a big difference in my team.
Mantaroth & Water Caller
The Mantaroth is a vicious attacker and aside from his melee power, he also attacks with his armor which makes him brutal, he did a lot of damage to the opponent monsters, and the water caller has a stun
ability which was well triggered in this battle and helps my monster to do more fatal damages.
I was able to eliminate the opponent Baakjira
with the combo of water caller stun and mantaroth hit and my other monsters with magic did well, the opponent did not use any other monster with void ability aside baakjira, so his team were vulnerable after Baakjira was eliminated.

I’ve always seen people talk about earthquake on Splinterlands
Will it looks like the real earthquake in real life on the phone or how?
My! 11 SPS for one win. Cool. I was looking at that card in your second place. It completely devastated the enemy with that shield and melee attack. Rebellion cards are too powerful, I don't think anyone should argue.
The Possibilius is a beast summoner.
that is mantaroth, a promo card, and a beast. It's one of the best reb cards out there and 11 sps is decent, it goes to like 20 to 25 sps per win on the second day of season end
Mantharoth was that the airdrop for about 100 purchases rebellion pack if I'm not wrong.
yes you got it!
