My Computer is my Best Friend

Gone are those days when humans can live happily without a computer, the world is now more advanced and it really feel like those without a computer are being left out, this is why we see youth being desperate and will do anything just to have one in their possession...

Life without a Phone or Pc will be very hard for those who are addicted to it and we are now in the era of online works and investment, you can imagine millions of dollars that would be lost if someone can't access his investment online like crypto due to not having access to computer for a week, the damage that will be done may be unfixable...

I can't cope without my computer for a week!

My life is evolve around my computer, i spent like 15 hours out of the 24 hours of the day on them and the remaining 8 hours is for sleep and other basic things i need to get done like food and taking care of my self....

I have an emergency fund solely for my computer, just incase it is faulty and need to be fixed or i need to buy another one, i have to do it that same day or the next day, any time more than that will affect me a great deal...

I won't be able to earn money without my computers but the worst part is aside not able to earn money, i would also be losing money because of things i need to monitor and manage which won't be possible without my mobile or pc and i so much hate losing money!

A life without friends to put smile on your face is a boring one, most of my friends are online and without a way to connect with them, there won't be much interesting thing to do, i will also be losing information as online world is full of it...

In a worst case Scenario

If it kinda happen that i don't have access to my computers for a whole week, uhm it is even hard to think about it because this also means i am rendered jobless for a week....

I would make the best of the one week by visiting my offline friends to gist with them, i have been very busy with my online stuffs that i barely had chance to communicate with friends and family so this is a good opportunity to reconnect with them...

It is an unwanted vacation but i will enjoy it to the fullest, i will engage in physical fitness training where i can connect with strangers to keep myself entertained......

Honestly at some point i will get bored, so just let me have access to my damn computers! lol

Well written boss. A week without a phone is simply unimaginable. Because currently for most of us, our businesses, communication, studies, fun and leisure are all in our phones and laptops. Going one week without these things can be so tiring.

Omo! I like your tactics oo. Saving emergency funds for your computer, just in case. That's great.

Last week, my system had fault. I took it out for repair and it cost me #15000. Though it was unexpected, but I had the money. I think I will start saving for emergencies for my phone or laptop. The money I spent was meant for food.

I can't stay without computer or phone too. Lol

And you're right, staying without phones or computers is more tough for people who are into online businesses and crypto. They are the ones who have a lot to lose.

Very correct, the way the job can sometimes suck up all your time so you don't have any for friends, not having a phone for a week will definitely give us that time to catch up.

If a close friend or a family member that miss you so much to bond with them because you are so busy with your computer and will read this might be they will wish that your computer will be out of your sight lol, just kidding... so they will have time with you.

I just remember a story of a son who ask money from his dad to complete his savings to pay for a one day salary of his dad just to be with him. This son really miss his dad and looking for his time. Are you a dad already @burlarj?

These gadgets are part of our lives already and it would definitely be hard to live without them for a day. As difficult as it may look, we won't die if we don't have access to them and we will just need to adapt to the change somehow.

when we have no choice, we tend to adapt to the situation on ground lol, so it is a forceful vacation that i will try my best to enjoy but it cant be as fun as when am on my pc
