Cock's comb or also known by the Latin name Celosia argentea is an ornamental plant that has bright and attractive colored flowers. This plant comes from tropical regions such as Central America and South America. The most prominent part of the cock's comb plant is the flower petals which are shaped like a cock's comb.

Chicken comb plants usually grow upright with a height of around 30-90 cm. The leaves are oval with flat or toothed edges. The flowers appear in various colors such as red, yellow, orange, and purple. Some varieties of cock's comb have flowers with unique shapes, such as the crest of a Hive's friend's chicken.
