Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. El día de hoy comparto con ustedes fotografías de lo que fué mi entrenamiento de front lever en el parque de las Maracas.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. Today I share with you photographs of what my front lever training was in Maracas Park.
El primer ejercicio fueron 40 muscle-up ya que priorizamos el jalón.
The first exercise was 40 muscle-up since we prioritized the pull.
El siguiente ejercicio fueron 15 jalones en Tuck Advance x 4 series.
The next exercise was 15 pulls in Tuck Advance x 4 sets.
Para no dejar de lado el aguante por completo, realizaremos 5 press en half full con un aguante al final de 8 segundos x 4 series.
In order not to leave aside stamina completely, we will perform 5 presses at half full with a stamina at the end of 8 seconds x 4 series.
