Why I'm Betting Big on LGN, BRO, and Cine This Year.
It's no secret to anyone that's in my community that I don't view this is a get rich quick scheme, nice walk to the bank type thing. It's also no secret to anyone that was in my circles last year that I invested big on BRO. This is my life's work. Why wouldn't I?
I took out lots and lots of my own money and bet big on what mattered to me last year, and that was doing something big with what I had. Perhaps I was a little short sighted, or perhaps I had delusions of grandeur. I watched the Leo team impressively keep building on their projects and I wanted something similar - I wanted to keep ploughing everyone with updates and announcements and cool shit coming out.
But this year I'm going back to basics I think. I think I've realised this time we need to learn to walk before we can run, and yes, I tried to do this. I wanted to deliver something so impressive to you guys that you would just have to buy in and couldn't refuse.
But this year I'm not going to kid myself, or pretend that we are something we are not. This year we will be going back to what we (I) do best. And that's seek out the best opportunities to earn from the capital that I have. No more whing ding fancy schmancy, just plain old hardcore hive and hbd for you to use.
It has been a year of learning for me that's for sure. At least I have no ego and I can reflect on my mistakes. I've had to suck up trying to be brilliant and just go for what works, and what we had at the beginning really worked.
So that's where all my money is going this year. I'm taking it all out of everything I own when it comes and I'm going to invest in my own projects. This is why I started up LGN, so I had somewhere to track into where I am investing. Not for my own gain as some would have thought, but so I have a vehicle to invest my own money into and large amounts.
We will see when the time comes and my assets unlock. I will release the kraken and it will be playtime at the LGN store for us.
We're just focusing on what works this time around. That's it. Hive and (possibly) hbd. Nothing else. No second layer tokens because we have been burned by that in a big way in the past - if we're honest with each other only a few tokens held the torch (and held their price) and we were two of them, if not theee only tokens that did.
Not that I'm bitter of course, I don't do bitterness, but it really shocked me as to how many people sold us out in the second half of last year -- and if I'm honest I can't take that risk going forward in the future.
I do want to be in a position where people can sell us to the floor and not worry in a bear market because there shouldn't be any real bad feeling when selling, but to do that we need to invest in strength going forward rather than weakness. No more flaky people, no more half-cut jobs, only real work.
We will still invest in future and upcoming projects in the future of course, but the bar this time will be far higher, and we won't be sold by any half cut, half arsed ideas like I have been in the past. The time to support excellence rather than "trying" is here. I'm done with that. I'm no longer helping "attempts" but more so this time "proven track records of hard work"
I would love to work as a sort of mini dao for hive projects that don't feel they would have the funding and support from the big voters, but for that we will need a pot again.
And that I'll work on!

What? I don't understand. Layer 2 tokens give you the opportunity to grow wealth regardless of the price of bitcoin or alt coins. What am I missing?
I track many layer 2 tokens, including #BRO and trendlines guide my investment decisions. I remember reading some positive blogs and decided to risk an entry point. As a skilled investor and business owner, an understanding of business Fundamental and Technical Analysis is a must. It's a must for not just your own project but projects that are going to be part of your venture and journey to greater wealth.

Our success and quality of life is dependent on mastering the management of risks from a fluctuating dopamine reward system. It's a proportioned reward system. Well, usually unless your under the influence of too much protein rich food and other chemistry. lol Higher risk yield higher rewards. There are many strategies that one can implement to offset fluctuations that are mostly outside of our control. I sense a lot of newbies got into trouble because they got caught up in the hype of an over priced bitcoin. A tsunami wave created by mostly, well, stupidity. The part of the brain that creates dopamine becomes disconnected with the frontal lobe designed to process good judgement. When I say newbie, I mean more in the context of a complete business operation and not limited to specific expertise.

I did that last season. The only problem is, I put so much money into BRO I didn't know how much money I made because of the volatility. That's why I created Legion, so I can invest in my project (again) and have a proper way to track it all :)

When I started on Hive one of the first things I notice were all this tokens then realize some of them have less use case than others and decided to focus only on Hive until I feel I have enough to keep it as starting platform, Im new so dont have much but my goal is 20k HP and then move into LEO and other platforms that could be improving and doing something else than just a token, I think some platforms dont even need a token unless rewards on Hive move only to layer 2, IMO 2024 is going to be a great year for Hive with the VSC project, LEO, good times ahead ✌️
