Where else in the crypto world allows you to create a coin at the click of a button? Nowhere, that's where.

Did you know that there's BRO on Ethereum? Yeah, that's right. BRO is on Ethereum too, but there's a caveat to that. I don't know how well I could trust the guy that helped me create it, so who knows what kind of backdoors there are hidden in the code.

I suggest you don't go looking for it either because if you buy some you're probably going to have a bad day.

But over here at hive engine, one click of the button and it's done. You have your very own token ready and waiting to be taken advantage of. Safe as houses too; well, no-one has been hacked yet as far as we know!

Yes, that's where a lot of people get it wrong, that you have to be this sort of shill guru to make anything worthwhile on here -- you actually just have to know how to have staying power (riding the rough days out), and to have some business know how. Like to have at least worked in a setting where you are public facing and have at least some power.

That's it.

I'll walk you through a story about BRO that may shock some of you, or at least maybe one or two of you.

BRO started off with the worst tokenomics on the planet back before we were a hive engine token. My main aim was to reward people for the good work that they were doing on social media. They would create content for us, I would reward them with some good old BRO.

It worked as an upvote token in the whaleshares community and people could use it for sending our bot some tokens and in return they'd get a good old 100% upvote.

Sadly, people didn't think much of the token or whaleshares and rather than use it, they tried to sell it on the market which caused an almost instantaneous drop to 0. It was fun whilst the momentum lasted, albeit very short lived.

That's when I decided to move to hive and create a tribe on hive engine. Thankfully before I did that I met @reazuliqbal who wanted to do something really cool with a project, and we both came up with the current idea for BRO. Credit where credit was due though, my idea was the non-staked dividends, which reaz then made into reality.

Thus, something new and unique was born and the rest was history thanks to being surrounded with good honest people like Marky, Neoxian, Sub and Opidia along with our awesome, but short lived role-call of staff members.

But it's not been all glorious days and massive gains. There have been periods when we have been cast adrift at stages when our assets have fallen to almost nothing and we have had to think quick on our feet at the time.

This is why I say you can't build a business out on your own, but what you can do is surround yourself with good people and with good people around you, you can accomplish almost everything.

The success of BRO was never down to me; it was down to all of our community. The people that believed in it, and the people that helped it grow along the way.

So your question now is how do you attract good people with good intentions?

Well, this is my general rule, but it doesn't always work this way -- but be a good person yourself with good intentions. That's it! Be a net positive to anything you do rather than a drain. Give, rather than extract.

The right people will join you eventually!
