Did you know we are Splinterlands whales? Updates on where we are.

Hey all. Hope you're having a good Saturday!!

Today I'd like to go over where we're at in Splinterlands. I always tell you how much everything is financially worth but I don't think I've really divulged the magnitude of where we're going with it, and how much ahead of the curve @splinterlands actually is. You don't just land a contract with Warner Bros music without having at least something to offer.

The next few years are going to be exciting for this place. I usually keep my ear to the ground on anything metaversey because it's a concept that I'm really convinced will be the next level of crypto.

So far all we've heard is people (and me) complain about the fall in price. This bear has been particularly tough on us and splinterlands has been no exception. We've watched our $240,000 account be reduced to just over $60,000 -- that's a whacking drop.

It's not as bad as it seems though, because they keep innovating and opening new and exciting things to get our hands on. Lands, as far as I know it is right around the corner.

To give you an idea of what's happening we have recently been winning and earning Cards that money can't buy:

Our Gladius deck is growing immensely. You can't buy or transfer these, and you can only win them in Brawls between top clans.

That's not to mention that we nabbed ourselves a Gold Foil Legendary yesterday:

These are cards you can only get via playing regularly, and you can't buy your way into this one. It's top tier graft!

Then there's soulbounds. We win these all the time. We are growing a very nice collection here. These can't be bought, sold, or transferred either:

These can only be won by playing.

Why stack cards that you can't sell I see you scratching your head and wondering why? Well we can use them in-game, and they are usually quite a bit tougher than normal cards. We've already seen the highest level of rewards for gladius tier tournaments. I expect much more to come, and BIG rewards for those that have large unsellable card accounts!

So yeah, keep your eyes peeled.

Our golds are stacking up very nicely too. Again, a lot of these have been won by only playing:

We have 56 golds and growing - some are max level, most are middle level, and some are basic level. It's quite exciting what we've got coming!

And why am I not selling like I am being asked to do? Because I think those who sell now well regret it in the long term.

We own a tract which is 100 plots of land. Think of all the cards, dec, and sps we'll need to fully manage all that? Or at the very least to get the best use out of it.

I also don't know if you've spotted this either. But sps looks like it will be its own blockchain eventually. You know how massive this is?

Like this is massive on another level. Splinterlands will have eventually achieved what other games only dream of. A fully hosted game on its own separate blockchain. Like how incredibly amazing is that? Think Metaverse type levels.

So yeah, I won't be selling. We're only stacking, and stacking hard. The other stuff we have we can build out too as we wait on this being fully realised.
