Busy Day with Good Results

My day started very early at around 6:30 am , I go and do my personal hygiene, then I go to my kitchen to prepare breakfast, a delicious arepa with butter and cheese plus a cup of coffee to have energy and thus start to the day of the day which would be very busy.

When we got home , my son was waiting for us with a delicious lunch although my sister couldn't try it because she had to start the diet with pure liquid since the operation would be in 3 days.
