Muy buenas Coleman!, espero que se encuentre excelente, pues yo me encuentro muy bien!!, ya que hoy me he propuesto a hacer un reto de dominadas, esta iniciativa la tome, porque no veia un progreso en mi y ya me estaba quedando un poco estancado, por eso este reto para fortalecerme mas...este reto solo lo hare los viernes y poco a poco le voy a subirle intensidad dependiendo de mi cuerpo, unas de las reglas de este reto es hacer la dominada completa con su respectivo rango, (Rango completo), le doy las gracias a mi amigo @blossmcy fue el, quien me grabo, sin mas nada que decir espero que os guste y nos vemos en la siguiente publicación.
