¡Feliz año!, ¿Nuevo propósito? (ESP/ING)
First of all, happy new year to all of you ❤️🫂, how are you all doing? I hope you are doing great, the truth is I'm having a little sleepy but I'm moving forward, you always have to start the year in a good way, and what better way to start with a new year's resolution, but before I tell you about my resolution for this year or well mostly for this month, I will mention how my first of January of this new year 2025 is going, first of all I woke up super early because I had a family coming to visit, so I woke up at 7:00 am, to get some things ready, obviously I cleaned the house a little bit and that, my dad told me he wanted to do some work, so I woke up at 7:00 am: I woke up at 7:00am, to get some things ready, obviously I cleaned the house a little bit and that, my dad told me he wanted to make a soup for everyone, so I had to go and buy the vegetables, but there was a problem... it was very early, and the kitchen was very clean. ... it was very early, and the greengrocer's opened at 10:00am,so I had to wait a long time for them to open and for me to buy the vegetables. After buying the vegetables we started to prepare the soup, chopping the vegetables and placing the firewood and arranging everything to make that soup to firewood, which believe me tastes very different from when you make the soup to gas, to firewood tastes richer, the soup was being made and then the family arrives, almost ready to be ready soup. We said hello, we talked for a while and we went to eat, it was a quick visit, I thought they were going to stay longer, but no, so we said goodbye, they left and I was arranging everything and while I was ordering everything, I was thinking about the purpose I set for this month, and the following is not to eat any bad sugar, I will leave aside sodas, snacks and sweets, because I felt that in all December I ate too much sweet and at least I want to last a month, without eating any sugar, when I say no sugar, I mean the following: soda, candy, ice cream, chocolate, lollipops etc. . ... all those things that if we eat them in excess are not good for our health. So that will be my resolution for this month of January 2025, I know it will be strong, but at least I want to start this month with that.
