The grass is always greener! NOT!

Some times in comment, one reply, one Engagement, on Hive can inspire a post. Even if only my brain knows how it got here from the comment. Lol.

I sure did. I have mentioned before what caused the change and for those who don't know it was my employer investing in Cardone University for their employees.

One of the first lessons I watched, that I just happened to watch again today was about the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

It is a wonderful analog for life. Be it online, offline, personal or in business.

People and myself can spend their whole life trying to find the greener grass. Without any luck.

Here is a line to remember: you are your own green grass.

You have to go all in with what you are doing. You have to stop jumping from one lawn to another. You have to look after the one you have.

Work on knowing everything there is to know about what ever it is. Your job, Hive, your relationship.

Strive to be the best in your field, knowledge is power. Just not power but self empowerment.

I hated my job, I hated my bosses. I was unsure of how to do my job. My lawn was full of weeds. The weeds being my negative thoughts.

I listened to Grant Cardone. Listened to his message and I had an epiphany. I was the problem not everyone else.

So what did I do? I put on a smile. I faked it till I believed it and did not have to fake it anymore.

I started using the word: Excellent. People ask how I am, the answer is always Excellent. Not, all right, not bad, still alive. Excellent.

It changes the attitude of Engagement with another right from the start.

Positivity starts to build.

I learned and studied about my job.

On Hive I started reading a lot more posts. Posts by people that have been around a long time. People who know their stuff. I started engaging more. I put forth my positive attitude here on Hive.

And I got nick named Mr. Positive. Fracking love it.

I did not change my lawn, I stayed with my employer. I am fracking alive and Thriving like never before.

I hope even a few words of this post helps even one person.

I know there is nothing monetary in this post to be posting in LeoFinance but it is a wealth of information and positive advice that can help enrich your life.

I believe it is fitting here. Hell, I am confident it is.

I don't mean to come across cocky. I am just the confident in myself now and I want you to feel my positivity.

It took me 54 years to get here. It is never to early or to late to have your own grass as green as it can be.
