I just stating the facts. HP is being pulled from 99 percent of Witnesses today. People liquidating Hive maybe? No idea really.

It can be people liquidating. It can also be votes falling off.
Witness Votes fall off after a year of no activity on the account doing the voting.
What soes this mean.

If you do not see a change in the voting history, it means that someone voting for all those witnesses did a powerdown.
