How much Convection do you have?

Yes that is me, a selfie. Some random thoughts this evening and see if it all comes together.

The rally on the markets seems to have slowed just as quick as it started. I hope that does not surprise anyone.

I wanted to cover onboarding again. I asked the question a few posts back bimut never really got an answer.

Is there a central, or known, well written, easy to understand post or posts for new people to read? Are there videos on 3speak.tv that explain it?

I mentioned before I am working trying to get Cardone University Canada to join Hive. I had a fantastic response to the blog post from a couple days ago when I wrote about it and talk about Vanessa who works there.

But she had the questions this morning. Where can I read about? Are there youtube videos I can listen to on the way to work?

I had to search Hive, Google youtube instead of 3speak.tv and send her links to what I thought was decent.

I am sure someone knows the best resources.

So yes I am really starting to sell Hive. I know there has to be a more effective way.

With how little she knows about Hive buy how she knows me is the selling point at the moment.

That brings me to a point. And my selfie. Before you can sell Hive, as in onboarding, you have to believe in it 100 percent. People have to believe in you 100 percent.

They are more likely to come to Hive because of you. Not because of Hive.

What Hive has to offer will keep them here but you have to do your part.

Give examples of what you do, how well you are doing, what positive stuff you are getting from Hive. Don't bore the shit out of them with technical details.

Tell them how it is like Facebook, how Leo Threads is like Twitter, how 3speak.tv is like youtube. But so much fracking better.

Spread the word about community and communities. Have so much convection when you are talking about Hive that you are smiling ear to ear with excitement.

You have to sell yourself and your belief in Hive before you can sell Hive.

Explain decentralization and true web 3.0. And Hive is it. Explain how you can loose an account on a centralized place like Meta for violations against terms.

Explain true freedom of speech.

Tell them with convection.

If you don't believe it yourself, if you are not 100 percent sold on Hive you will not be successful in onboarding.

You get the idea.

My selfie. I am selling myself to LeoFinance. I have spent over three years, posting every single day without missing one. I have been building my personal brand. People trust.

It is time, and I started about three weeks ago to sell myself here on Leo.

And I believe, 100 percent, it is making me a better blogger, a better Hivian. I am learning more as I have to read, research, and educate myself to write Leo worthy posts.

I have major convection . And I am using it for myself and the betterment of Hive. Onboarding being one way.
