Let me tell you that bamboo shoot pot is a Thai Isaan food. It's not a complicated menu. It's an easy menu to make comfortably. There are not many ingredients. Today we will steam bamboo shoot pot with pork belly. Let's see the ingredients. Pork belly Fresh boiled bamboo shoots Red curry paste Coconut milk Lemongrass Lime leaves Basil Let 's see how to do it. First, we cut the pork belly into thin slices. Set aside. Heat a pan over the stove, add half a bottle of coconut milk, followed by red curry paste. Stir-fry the curry paste with coconut milk until fragrant. When fragrant, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the pork is cooked. Then add the yarrow water and simmer until the yarrow water permeates the pork. Then season with fish sauce, seasoning powder, and sugar. 1 Teaspoon, then we put the bamboo shoots that we prepared in.
