A QUICK POST BETWEEN TWO SHOWERS OF RAIN
It's raining the whole day. I mean, almost the whole day. It stopped on two occasions for about half an hour or so. I took an opportunity during one of those dry breaks to take a short walk by the sea.

The very few photographs you'll see in this modest post that don't have much to say were taken on one of the sandy beaches near the harbor of Medulin, the small seaside town where I live. In this opening tryptich, you can see a friend who was there with me watching the waves in the shallow bay. You may also notice that the tide was pretty high today in the early afternoon.

... the first sparse raindrops started to fall which meant that it was time to put the camera back into the backpack and go back home.

And that's it. I said all that had to be said, and I have nothing else to show.

I really love it when it rains and I am all tucked in bed, it hits differently😊
True 🙂 rainy weather has its charm and some advantages.
Oh no, the rain didn't let you give us more shots, but whenever I see the picture of the sea, especially the beach, I feel so peaceful, the beach is my happy place.
😀 Blessed be the rain that made making the post easier than usual. 😂 I'm getting slightly fed up with long posts that require hours to get ready to be published and harvest some sweet rewards.

Yes, rain can be quite annoying 🙂 but brings a lot of benefits too.
I would like to have the opportunity to be near the seashore when it rains for days.
It's obvious, I live far from the sea and I visit sea only in the summer, when I'm on vacation. And then, I pray to God that it doesn't rain, that it doesn't ruin my vacation.
If I lived by the sea, I would sit in a restaurant and watch the restless sea, with a cup of tea, coffee, mulled wine or hot chocolate in my hand... That would be a frequent scenario for me on cold autumn or winter days... If i live near the sea...

With photos you hardly need to say a word because each one can evoke varied emotions, based on the viewer's perspective.
I love the rain but not floods and I love the beach because of the Cool breeze.
Yes, floods are a bit too much to be lovable or even likable 🙂
