I did that to get around community moderators essentially making some of my posts invisible for reasons that seem unclear, even in my own blog.
Your posts might have been hidden by some communities for some reason like abuse, spam, not following their guidelines, etc.
Recycling the same content to circumvent it can be considered an attempt to double dip and spam on the blockchain.
