Accelerated deindustrialization is a process by which an economy reduces its industrial sector and also its manufacturing capacity, while increasing its dependence on low value-added services. This evident trend, especially in the European case, entails the reduction of stable jobs. and those who are well paid, essential for economic well-being and also for the independence of young people,
This also makes it impossible to access the housing market, it is a closed cycle that does not allow you to leave and I am concerned that many European countries have, instead of a Ministry of Industry, one that advocates deindustrialization, a Ministry of Labor that usually promotes working less. and sometimes digital transformation ministries that do not transform anything.
We need an urgent change in economic policies that promote reindustrialization and innovation as Pillars for economic development to be competitive in this global world and the creation of quality employment, but a cultural change is also needed, today it is moving to the young people who, regardless of the productivity you generate, must raise your salary by decree and that private companies are a kind of enemy, thus creating a complaining social body, incapable of taking risks, dependent.
And we young people in reality today are a swindled generation, swindled by a policy addicted to subsidy, to the culture of constant help and contrary to valuing effort and the spirit of sacrifice, that a large percentage of the young people of a country are unable to live without family support in the background, it is an absolute drama, but above all it is a future drama.
Many economies have had zero growth in GDP per real capital for more than two decades and the origin of the problem is in productivity, something that some do not want to defend, which is why it is suicidal to reduce the working day without understanding the current productive imbalance because productivity It is not decreed, productivity is built through innovation and the social pact.
And the fact is that following the path of penalizing the company, minimizing the value of effort or insisting on the progressive discourse of social achievements, which are nothing more than working less while earning more, is going to lead us, we should examine whether instead of growing as country, in reality what we are doing is getting into debt and little else, the key to face with guarantees so that this does not happen and that the younger generations can approach their lives without external help, since it will depend on generating wealth and not on distributing the one that exists right now.
From my point of view there are sociological keys that we should accept, young and not so young, to resolve and understand the moment, it is going to change a lot the way we head towards that future and it can be done in many ways, I am afraid that there are very different things that even the oldest of us will have to accept or at least understand in the face of what is coming.
Uncertainty is one of them, for years I have not known what awaits me in my job, what new risks I am going to take or what people I am going to meet, for years, which may be a lifetime, I have been pursuing, I don't know, I am pursuing a definitive place. , but now I think that that place does not really exist and so I can always be in search until the end of my days.
The lack of knowledge of what awaits us, at least forces me to be alert, learning, to remain in constant beta and that should keep us alive.
