An Unlikely Hero: A True Friend in Need ||WEEK 126

Once I remember a time when I owed money for a web-based loan and I was in a tough day, trying to pay it off. The debt, with me not having a regular source of income, was a constant source of stress and anxiety.

The day of payment was over and I felt like I would be destroyed. This is when I shared the issue with my friend; he was the one who came forward and helped out me; in this way he lightened my burden and he became my savior.

The things he did were the proofs of his humane manners - he was very understanding, showed kindness, and was willing to do extra things for someone in trouble. By standing beside me when I had to face a threat that could have taken my life, he has defined friendship and heroism.

His unselfish act was of a great life-saving importance aside from helping me economically and it also restored my faith that there are still humans in this world who care for others.

In our current world, where it is extremely hard to find a real friend who is loving and caring, I feel that my friend, who has the characteristics of a hero, is a true blessing to me.

His aid and benefaction have inspired me to carry it along, spreading kindness and fairness wherever I am.

He may not be wearing a cape on or be using superpowers but to me, my friend is indeed a hero and I feel gratitude to him for being part and parcel of my life. Through his heroic deeds, I learned that even in the darkest of times, there is hope and when true friends are at our side we can conquer even the most complicated problems.
